Items must be returned within 30 days upon receipt of the order. We accept items in their original condition, with complete packaging and tags attached for full refund. Unfortunately, we do not cover shipping fee for returns at the moment.

To start the return process, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return number. We will not process the refund if item(s) is returned without a return number and without an email request for return.
Item(s) should be packed in reliable materials to protect it from damages. We reserve the right to refuse the process of refund if we find any damages on the returned item(s).
We do not offer exchanges at this moment. If you want to order an item in a different style, color, size, please return the item(s) and place a new order from our website. With that said, we encourage you to check out our size guide for your reference before ordering to save you time and money.
Once we receive your return, we will process the refund request. Please allow 4-5 business days for your refund to be processed and 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Refunds can only be credited back to the original form of payments.

We do not cover shipping fee for returns at the moment. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping fee to have the item(s) shipped back to us. You can select any carrier of your choice. Once the package is left, please send us email to provide the tracking number so we can keep track on the package.
We do not cover customs fee, tax and import duties for international orders. The customer is responsible for these fees.
